Seminar Six: Advanced Negotiation Skill Development

Optional subsequent workshops build on the initial workshop by addressing more collaborative negotiations approaches that will allow participants to get the outcomes they want while building strong, effective work relationships with others. Latter modules will enhance participants’ ability to appreciate underlying interests in negotiations, generate creative options that foster success, leverage heighted negotiation preparation, and successfully navigate through more complex multi-party negotiations.
